If you are searching for your next caterer, then look no more! Nicholas and his team(Darcy & Alfonso)made my sister-in-law's bridal shower wonderful. We chose to do passed hors d'oeuvres with one stationary table that had dip,veggies,crackers, fruit and a cheese board....THE CHEESE BOARD and this whole table impressed the $@!#% out of me! The table was beautifully decorated(with flower heads),the fruit was crisp and chilled, the cheese was delicious, the HOT CRAB DIP was to die for, and the selection of veggies was so awesome! On top of that the passed hors d'oeuvres were delicious and filling. I had been worried about not doing a buffet style but I am so happy we did passed smaller portions, this let everyone taste lots of different items and didn't stick everyone in a seat for the event. I need to also say from the moment Nicholas and team showed up food started appearing but without any intrusion. Darcy and Alfonso passed the hors d'oeuvres while Nicholas prepped/cooked the hot stuff. I have to say Darcy and Alfonso were awesome as they were there with the food but in such a discreet manner! They also insured every guest was passed!!! By the end of the night I had tons of compliments on the food and that was all thanks to Nicholas! Again, I know picking a caterer for your event is a big decision because FOOD can make or break the success of it, so I am here to tell you Fitzgeralds catering is the success you are looking for! This past summer Nicholas and his team at Fitzgerald's Catering catered a backyard wedding celebration for our daughter and son-in-law. Everything about it was outstanding. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh and so plentiful!. Everyone loved the food! So many people remarked on just how tasty the food was. The steak, the mango chicken, the mozzarella and tomato salad, the abundant appetizers - every bit of the menu was delightful. We had food left over for the guests who stayed late that night, for people to take home to enjoy and for days after! The presentation was lovely and all delivered and picked up on time, truly seamless! The best part was Nicholas' professionalism, his flexibility, his sense of humor and his absolute expertise. He guided us through the entire process and he and his staff were wonderful to work with throughout. In a word: fabulous! We give him our highest recommendation. more

I booked Fitzgerald's Catering for my daughter's bridal shower in April 2013 at the Gaelic American Club. Our theme was a Bridal Tea Party. When we sat down with Nicholas of Fitzgerald's Catering to discuss our menu, he suggested tea sandwiches, which were absolutely amazing! Several different creative salads;a wild rice and bean salad, a beautiful fruit salad, and a green salad with gorganzola and strawberries, all presented beautifully. We had a tray of delicious home baked danishes served with tea and coffee. Everyone loved the food, the presentation, and the service. The servers stayed to make sure everything from set-up to clean-up went smoothly. It put my mind at ease that I had someone taking such special care of the menu and food and I could concentrate on my guests and enjoy my daughter's bridal shower. I would certainly hire Fitzgerald's Catering again and have recommended them many times since. I hired them to do a dinner party for my daughter's engagement party. We had approximately 45 people for dinner. I thought they did a great job, the food was really good. The people they had here working in the kitchen were great. I asked them to do a couple things, and they were happy to oblige. The bartender was great, he was really personable. more

This guy has it figured out. Everything promised and more was delivered with fantastic service and beautiful presentation. I couldn't imagine it being better in any way. On top of it, Nicholas was the least expensive full service caterer we interviewed. He includes all the stuff in one package. Other caterers gave us a price and then started adding on rentals and service fees which more than doubled the price! One even said if we didn't buy the booze from them, they were going to charge us per drink poured plus an uncorking fee for bottles on the table. I am so glad we ran from them. My Mom and Dad are glad to. Delicious food, wonderful service and an incredible overall experience.
