I booked Fitzgerald's Catering for my daughter's bridal shower in April 2013 at the Gaelic American Club. Our theme was a Bridal Tea Party. When we sat down with Nicholas of Fitzgerald's Catering to discuss our menu, he suggested tea sandwiches, which were absolutely amazing! Several different creative salads;a wild rice and bean salad, a beautiful fruit salad, and a green salad with gorganzola and strawberries, all presented beautifully. We had a tray of delicious home baked danishes served with tea and coffee. Everyone loved the food, the presentation, and the service. The servers stayed to make sure everything from set-up to clean-up went smoothly. It put my mind at ease that I had someone taking such special care of the menu and food and I could concentrate on my guests and enjoy my daughter's bridal shower. I would certainly hire Fitzgerald's Catering again and have recommended them many times since. Because of my experience, a co-worker hired them for her future daughter-in-law's bridal shower and had rave reviews as well.
