I have been working with Nick Shope from Fitzgerald's for three years, running many events. I find Nick to be accommodating in making arrangements. He and his staff are dependable and on time. They lay out the offerings in a pleasing manner and they give generous portions. The meals are priced reasonably and he treats the client like family... in short, it is a pleasure to work with the company. We started using Fitzgerald's Catering for my youngest daughter's baptism and continue to use them for all such events; Baptism(1), Communions(2), Confirmations(2) and this year a graduation party. Nick is great to work with and very responsive. He guides you with the menu and makes the whole process so easy. The food is great and I always get compliments on the various dishes served. His staff is personable and professional. They did a wonderful job of cleaning up after the party too. Great food and great service!! I recommend them every chance I get. more

Fitzgerald's Fine Catering was great to work with. I got laughed at and hung up on by other caterers when I asked if they could work within my budget. They would not even listen to me. We were not trying to have a lavish feast, we would actually be supplying a lot of our own food because my grandfather owns a farm. Nick was the only one who would sit and listen to me. He was just so wonderful to work with. Everything turned out great. There was one dish people did not like and it was one that we had not tried beforehand. Fitzgerald's catered our daugher's bridal shower at our home this past weekend. From day one, we were made to feel relaxed and confident that our event would be everything we expected. Nicholas came to our house to meet with us and discuss menu choices, go over the layout and offer suggestions. He told us "just unlock your door and be a guest at your own party". Well, to our delight that is exactly how we felt. They arrived on time, set up, served, cleaned up - always courteous and making everyone most comfortable. The food was delicious, generous portions. I received many compliments from my guests. I will not hesitate to use Fitzgerald's again and will hightly recommend them to my friends. Thank you Nicholas and company!! We had a last minute need for an after funeral luncheon. Fitzgerald's Fine Catering was able to step in and fill the need. I recommended what food I felt would be appropriate, and they agreed. They were able to accommodate us with very short notice. The quality of food was good, and the service at the event was very good. more

Our family had a get-together after our daughter's wedding for family members and friends who were not able to attend the wedding. My father used Fitzgerald's Fine Catering in the past and I loved their food and service then, so we hired them again. Once again, everything was spectacular. The food was superb and elegantly laid out. They brought the table cloths, cloth napkins, gold edged plates and silverware; set everything up, served us, were silently behind the scenes but ALWAYS THERE exactly when and where we needed them, refilling service dishes before we realized they needed refilling, etc. Amazing! We did not have to think about ANYTHING regarding the food. What a huge relief! I felt like we were being treated like family. And the price was very reasonable. Fitzgerald's Fine Catering is just that. You will not be disappointed with the quality of food or service. Please use them for any event, small or large. We need to support small, local businesses that do excellent work and Fitzgerals's does indeed. Thank you! more

I used Fitzgerald's Fine Catering for a personal, private party. It turned out great. It was flawless. I was referred by a friend. When I talked to the owner Nicholas, he had great suggestions, he had all the answers. He was able to accommodate my needs, very flexible. He seemed like an authority on the subject. I would tell a potential customer: Hire him! His prices are great, the quality of the people who are working there was great, the food was great. It was great. more

We had used Fitzgerald's Fine Catering twice before this most recent experience. Everything was wonderful. It went so smoothly. The food was wonderful, and the service was excellent. The atmosphere, with the cooks and everything, was very nice. It was definitely a happy time. We have a huge family, and this is our opportunity to get together. People fly in from all over the country for a marvelous day. It really is a joyous occasion. I tell everyone I meet to go to Nick, and even give them the number for Fitzgerald's. It is the best. Don't slave in the kitchen; leave it to the professionals. You will be 100% satisfied. I would hire them for anything as they are absolutely wonderful. more
