Although Fitzgerald's was unable to repair my Jaguar, I appreciate the time they spent and the fact that they did not charge me for inspecting my car.

Fitzgerald's does an awesome job and has for years. We have 3 vehicles, two of them more than 25 years old. Fitzgerald's is the main reason those two run well. When we finally had to replace the third vehicle with a 2006 model still on warranty, we found the dealer failed to properly bleed the brakes after they did some work on it. We have taken it to Fitzgerald's ever since. You are not a nameless driver to them. When I called today to make an appointment for the 2006's 65K scheduled maintenance, they knew me right away. They are a local family-owned business that's been in Costa Mesa since 1964. You just can't find anyone better.\r more

Bottom line, They took a great care of us and our car. I will bring my car here again if/when needed. Finding a mechanic you like and trust can be difficult. For those who are not fully car-literate, there is almost a leap of faith component to the process. I can confidently say I will be going back here if and when I should need more work. more

Took my Infiniti in for 75,000 mile 6/4/2012

Took my Infiniti in for 75,000 mile service and inspection. Expecting to hear back that I need a lot of work done on my car but they called me back, telling me my Inifiniti was in great shape, all he had to do was change the oil and everything checked out. This is a shop that I will come back to from now on and trust to do what only needs to be done on my car. more

These guys have been around for quite a while. I went to Fitzgerald's Auto Care some time ago when I had trouble with my engine. The mechanics were able to pinpoint the problem and give me a reasonable estimate before performing repairs. The service was professional and I didn't feel like I was being ripped off. They also give a 12k or 12000 mile warranty on their repair work. Recommended. more

They stand behind their work. There was a small glitch after leaving from a repair here so when I came back, they profusely apologized and fixed it before anyone else's repair that day. I appreciated that kind of service. more

Real Integrity 1/25/2012

These guys do their work with real integrity, which in today's world is rare. Unlike most repair shops, you can send your wife with the car to Fitzgerald's, and you can be sure that they will fix what's broken without adding anything unnecessary to the bill. more
