Although Fitzgerald's was unable to repair my Jaguar, I appreciate the time they spent and the fact that they did not charge me for inspecting my car.

Great Service! 3/14/2017

I will the first to admit that I'm not great with cars but Fitzgeralds made sure to walk me through every repair my car needed. The repairs were extensive but the cost was fair and they didn't upsell me on things I didn't need and let me know what would need to be worked over the next couple of years. The communication was fantastic and they would call and update me at every point. Would definitely recommend! more

Honesty and Integrity 3/4/2017

Having been a customer of Fitzgerald's for around 15 years at least, still they surprise me with the quality of their service. Not only do they service the car and fix all problems or recommend what should be done, but they refrain from doing extra work that is not needed. This time around, I thought I was going to need two items of service that it turned out, I did not need yet. A lesser shop would have found a reason to do the work anyway. But Fitzgerald's is a first rate shop and has honesty and integrity. A well served customer is a happy customer and a repeat customer, which is why I will continue to go to Fitzgerald's. more

Friendly service. Very thorough and detailed. Great communication and very clear in explaining car issues. They have drop off and pick up service if you need a ride while your car is being worked on. Very happy! more

Nobody messes with my baby but Fitzgeralds 4/22/2016

Like the title says, I don't let anyone turn a screw on my car but Pat and his crew. I learned my lesson long ago that cut-rate mechanics are a false economy. When I get work done at Fitzgeralds I know it was done right. I may have to save a while to get it done, but you get what you pay for. I trust them, and so should you. more

Super detailed but! 4/21/2016

Every time I go in there about a few months later setting else goes wrong which is understandable it is a older car. How ever when I get all my belts and everything done and then they tell me, "your belts looks worn and we suggest replacing them." I responded with, "you already replaced them." They came back with a convoluted way of saying they didn't have it updated, yet they said word for word that APON inspection they need to be replaced, they are a few months old. Then to top it off they used my car to driver over 30 min to pick up a customer in my car saying they were "running tests," yet didn't drive it back to read anything. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! How ever they gave me 10% off and I have never had a problem with them before hopefully this was an isolated incident. more

Towed in by AAA 4/19/2016

My Nissan decided to break down on a Sunday not too far from the shop. AAA referred me there. I left the car in the front lot over night and went back Monday AM when they opened. The shop really impressed me and I authorized them to fix it while I went to work. Within hours they called me with the problem and a recommendation for repair. The car was done before five that day. I could not get there until seven to pick it up but they were there late and got me checked out. I believe the price was very fair and I feel confident that the mechanics here are on top of their game. If I lived closer to the shop Fitzgeralds would be my first choice for all of our family vehicles more

Smog Check 4/12/2016

I recently received a smog certification from Fitzgerald's Autocare Service. This was a very fast, friendly and simple process. Dan and Pat were very friendly and a pleasure to get to know. Dan got all the details on my 2003 Toyota, and I will be back soon to take advantage of the free oil change certificate I received after my smog certification was completed. The facility is well cared for and quite active with technicians servicing vehicles. I am sure that I will also return later this year for my Echo's 120K mile service. I left feeling that Fitzgerald's cares about my business and my vehicle. more

Thoughtful Care 4/11/2016

We've been satisfied customers of Fitzgeralds for 2 decades now. At our last visit, while our car had 4 or 5 possible needs; the discussion yielded 3 needs to do now, and the other 2 as non-essentials. And, Dan recommended a course of action that saved us over $1,000. Their experience & expertise, together with their sensitivity to peoples' needs; produces a wonderful service & experience. You consistently get thoughtful care at Fitzgeralds. more
