Review content:
Had appointment with Fitch for an estimate on a plumbing issue. Technicians are dishonest and has no respect for other peoples time. Horrible customer service when I called to complain about a missed appointment. When I did call to possibly reschedule, the lady who answered the phone acted as if I were bothering her by calling. I was told that a service tech. tried knocking on my door during our scheduled appointment time but no one came to the door so they left. NO ONE even tried to make contact with me.... I decided that I did not feel comfortable having someone of that caliber in my home. I mean, if they lie about someone not coming to the door then what else would they lie about? You will be better off calling someone else who appreciates their customers. The good ole' honest folks at Fitch Services just don't seem to appreciate other peoples time. :)
