Stress Free! 2/15/2011

The guys at Fisher are a lot different than any other dealer I've been to. I didn't have to play any games when working with them. I told them my price and they worked with me to get me the best bang for my buck. They are very honest and willing to tell me everything about the car I was interested in (the good and the bad). I test drove a bunch and narrowed it down and they weren't pushy when I needed more time to think and after coming back a week later we picked off where we left off and I was in and out of there with a new ride. more

Great Experience! 2/4/2011

I bought my first car from Fisher 10 years ago. They were the only place I went to where the salesman didn't try to talk me into buying a car out of my price range, which was admittedly pretty low. So naturally when I wanted another car I went to Fisher. They let me take it out by myself which I appreciate, because how can you get a real sense of how a car drives if you only make right turns? I bought the car, took it to my own mechanic to be checked out and they said the car was fine. Well, about a week later a large pulley fell off while I was driving. This wasn't Fisher's fault, when the timing belt had been changed by the previous owner some hidden bolt hadn't been tightened properly, but Fisher took the car back and told me if the problem wasn't fixable they would give me a credit in the amount that I had paid for the car. Luckily the car could be fixed, I think the service department replaced about 9 parts, and it was all FREE! If I ever need another car I am definitely going bac more

Thanks Dennis, We Love Our New Pilot 2/4/2011

We just bought our second Honda Pilot and were very satisfied with the entire process. Our salesman, Dennis Olmstead, was very professional and made the whole process seamless. We feel like we got a fair price on the new car and also our trade in. We've been going to Fisher for 8 years for our normal car servicing and have been very pleased with that department as well. Everyone at Fisher is friendly and believe in outstanding customer service. We highly recommend them without reservation. more

Fisher is like Family! 2/1/2011

Fisher Was amazing! We met people from both Kia and Honda side of things and found no lack in help! Our main Rep is Doc O'Connor (Easy name to remember) and he was speedy - helpful and knew his stuff but didn't make us feel rushed. Everyone in the place was friendly and helpful! Thank you Fisher! I recommend you to my friends and family already all the time! more

I am very pleased with Fisher Honda and am truly excited about my new Civic Hybrid. Tom Tomass was so helpful and knowledgeable about the Civic Hybrid. He answered questions I didn't know I even had. Tom was very patient too, especially when I felt like I needed to back up and go over something again. Further, Tom handled all the paperwork, explained all the avaible products and services, such as the extended warranty, which I took advantage of. There was absolutely no pressure at any time to buy these products and services either. I would highly recommend Tom and Fisher Honda! more

I highly recommend Fisher Honda and their Internet Salesman, Jeff Tomko. When I purchased a 2011 Civic, I was very pleased with the experience with Fisher and Jeff. I am very thorough and analytical. Before I went to Fisher, I had done my research. I knew that the Civic was highly rated by Consumer Reports and other new car research sources. I had also done research on the retail price of the Civic -- the MSRP -- as well as the wholesale price of the Civic -- the amount which Honda, the manufacturer, charges dealers for the cars. Before talking with Jeff, I had obtained prices from three auto brokers. Then I talked with Jeff and the price he gave me was better than the prices which the three brokers had given me. When I picked up the car at Fisher, Jeff \r took plenty of time time to familiarize me with the Civic and with the dealership. Super Salesman 1/23/2011

You can?t find a better automobile sales representative than Phil Robinson at Fisher Honda. Starting with being left alone (at my request) to walk the showroom and lot, to the final step of driving away with the car, Phil was very knowledgeable, professional and customer oriented. He took time to understand my needs, and presented alternatives to satisfy those needs, answering all my questions and concerns satisfactorily. Because of Phil?s abilities, I saved myself the time and hassle of researching other autos and dealers. In my 60 years of car ownership I have never been happier with the buying process. Needless to say Phil will hear from me again when I am next in the market for a car. more

I recently took my Honda CRV in for new tires. Our service advisor Brownlow Townsend did extra research to find us a set that was affordable and met our needs. I would highly recommend him and Fisher Honda! more

Worst Experience Ever 1/18/2011

If I could give zero stars I would. Phil Robinson and Justin in financing made us feel like we were criminals. It was absolutely shocking and appalling the way they spoke to and treated us. They questioned the legitimacy of our loan asking to see document after document. Each time we provided them with the info. When they demanded to see the check, it was by saying "I don't know you from Joe, show me your check." The issue they had with the check kept changing after I showed them the requested documentation. First it was whether the check was real. Then it was whether the loan was finalized. So on and so on. They even demanded to see my loan paperwork which is truly not their business. The check was the only thing they needed to validate. Comments regarding my interest rate and an offer to talk to their finance guy was unethical. Justin continually gave us examples of customers that had frauded them in the past and related them to our situation. Justin even called the company the loa more

Highly professional and honest dealership 1/13/2011

I had a great experience buying a new 2011 Honda Civic from Fisher. This was the best car-buying experience I've had, and everyone I worked with through the process was honest, straight-forward and genuine. I am also extremely pleased with the car and the price. I was also highly impressed with Tom Tomass, who was extremely helpful and down to earth. I walked into the dealership with two very different cars in mind, and Tom took the time (test drives, etc. - even skipping lunch) to make sure the car I decided on was the absolute right one. I've lived in this area for years, and have heard only good things of Fisher, after my experience with Fisher, it is apparent why Fisher has continues to retain a superb reputation. more

I've not written a review before but want to tell you of the fabulous experience we had from Jeff Tomko at Fisher Honda. Jeff worked with us for a week via email and answered our questions and concerns and then yesterday in person for the purchase of our new Honda Civic. He was knowledgeble and a totally non-pressure "nice guy" and gave us an incredible price on our car. He made what is usually a very unpleasant buying experience a delight. We're totally happy with what he did for us and with the dealer. We'll recommend him and his dealer to our friends and family and we wanted to let you know too. AND THE LOAN! They gave us a great interest rate on our loan.......no strings attached........no dealer incentives withdrawn. Just a very honest fair transaction. more

Honest, Straight-Forward, totally Chill sales! 12/17/2010

I've bought and wrecked a lot of cars in my life - too many - but it makes me unusually experienced at the sales and buying process.\r \r Never before in my life have I had what could only be described as such a truly COMFORTABLE experience in shopping for and buying a vehicle. I really felt like everyone I worked with was truly engaged in honest and service-first business practices. Scott the sales manager and "Doc" the salesman were just totally up-front guys about everything around my trade and purchase. Excellence, integrity, responsive 11/28/2010

We just leased our third Honda with Fisher; it is our sixth Honda we have either bought or leased with this company in the past ten years. We are die-hard Honda car drivers and we will never look to purchase or lease a Honda from another dealership. When I was recently broadsided in my 2005 Pilot and was pretty sure that the car would be totalled, my first call was to my husband, the second call to Farmer's Insurance, and the third call was to Dennis Olmstead, sales professional extraordinaire. I knew that Dennis would be truthful, straighforward and help me find the right Honda car and best possible financing decision. And he did. Great place to buy a car! 11/14/2010

I bought a new car just the other day from Fisher Motors; my first new car in 23 years. What has been a very distasteful experience in the past was very pleasant this time due to the environment and policies in this family-owned business.\r \r Omer Maher and Tom Tomass were very helpful in the selection process, never being pushy and always being respectful. Mark Brady made it clear that the dealership views options as just that... optional. They all provided information and were respectful of my decisions. These folks are so different from the normal car dealership.\r \r When I had made my selection and they showed me the final price, I knew that it was finally time to buy a new car again. The car is great, and the whole process was unlike any other car purchase. I highly recommend these folks! more
