If I could give zero stars I would. Phil Robinson and Justin in financing made us feel like we were criminals. It was absolutely shocking and appalling the way they spoke to and treated us. They questioned the legitimacy of our loan asking to see document after document. Each time we provided them with the info. When they demanded to see the check, it was by saying "I don't know you from Joe, show me your check." The issue they had with the check kept changing after I showed them the requested documentation. First it was whether the check was real. Then it was whether the loan was finalized. So on and so on. They even demanded to see my loan paperwork which is truly not their business. The check was the only thing they needed to validate. Comments regarding my interest rate and an offer to talk to their finance guy was unethical. Justin continually gave us examples of customers that had frauded them in the past and related them to our situation. Justin even called the company the loa
