When it came time to sell my 4-plex I chose to work with Tony because he was knowledgeable in both property management and sales. Tony regularly stayed in contact and returned all calls in a timely manner. Tony is extremely knowledgeable and well informed. I had prior experience in buying apartments and knew what to expect and what I wanted. Tony did very good helping identify the target property and negotiating an good price and terms. I would recommend Tony to anyone looking for property management services or buying or selling investment properties. more

So thankful for First Rate being so attentive. So impressive! I've been asked how I can be comfortable owning property that is so far out of state. Every time I say that I have the right company for the job and I am absolutely comfortable with them! Certainly a better job than I can do! I think I made a great decision to purchase in Boise and hire First Rate to take care of things for me. more

We had our first issue, which was a broken front door handle. I went online to report it and expected it would take at least a few days, so I was very happy to get a quick response. I was even more surprised and happy that the repair was completed within two days! We’re new to the rental scene so this was a great first experience. more

We rented a place from them for a year. We always paid them on time so no issues with that. Maintenance was done soon after notifying them and we got a fair amount of our deposit back. They were pleasant to deal with overall. more

Unfortunately shortly after we moved in there were a few things that broke throughout the house; it's moments like these you find out the true colors of a property manager. But thankfully they understood what happened and replaced everything quickly so we were not displaced at all. I have had great service so far and foresee a long future with this property manager, thank you guys for everything! more
