Do not rent from these horrible people. Truly a miserable experience from start to finish. I rented from these thieves for two years and they could not have treated me worse on my departure. I ended my lease during the first bad wave of covid-19 in Boise and they thought it was appropriate to flood my apartment with a bunch of random people with almost no notice whatsoever. All they care about is money, not their tenants. Despite my deliberate and clear request to wait to show my apartment until after I had left, they made sure to bring in as many people as they could, and told me those people didn't have to wear masks. I was moving out on the final day of my lease and they had people in there that day that didn't care about covid or other people's personal space. They would pull crap such as sending me a notice of a showing 6pm on a Friday night for a scheduled showing the following Monday at 9aml. As they are closed all weekend, I could not call and request this to be changed. I cleaned that apartment spotless and they blamed me for a documented stain on the floor, which they charged me for after keeping my entire deposit. If you want to be taken advantage of and robbed when you leave, then sign with First Rate Property Management. more

The process was condensed due to the timing, and the new property posed challenges both for FRPM and for ourselves.
