Gracie is staying on the rug, and is no longer pulling on the leash. The instructors showed us with their dogs rather than just trying to talk us through it.

The frequency and pattern of the reviews (they almost all start with the name of the dog and are all very generic dog names) indicate they were all written by the same person, or ...

Grizzly learned to stay 6/16/2011

Foxie and Grizzly learned to stay and respect me more. I liked seeing our dogs improve and relax around other dogs. I was taught how to praise my dogs correctly. more

Improved with his overall obedience 6/13/2011

Hector improved with his overall obedience! He learned commands, pull less on walks, seems more tolerant (less aggressive) with other dogs and people. He also appears much less stressed. I liked the manner in which the training was conducted. The training techniques were always appropriate, unlike some other classes I have looked into- some are too aggressive. The instructors gave me many pointers to help my particular situations with Hector and to help us both improve. more

The calmness on the mat seems to be very good with Coco now. She has been taught to know and understand her space now, rather than just jumping on me other people or kids Etc. Vince listened to my questions and answered them clearly. more

Buddy has improved with his listening skills. The instructors walked around to give constructive criticism and answered all of our questions. They also used their dogs for demonstration examples. Vince gave a lot of good information, shared his knowledge. more

Wow Conan is now listening and following directions! also no longer aggressive towards people or other animals. I enjoyed when I picked up my dog, he had actually learned something, I was extremely happy with the results! Also liked the hands on portion at pickup time. Training the dog owners is hard work. I was spoken to directly; they helped me to learn how to fix bad behaviors. more

Suggested small techniques 6/1/2011

Barking! Famous has stopped uncontrollably making noise. And the rug has cut his possessiveness. Gave him his own space. Vince suggested small techniques to ensure my dogs success. more

Madchen and Dasher are calmer at home now. I was shown better easy to control my dogs for our family. ( rug training, chair etc.) and not going through open doors. I enjoyed the rug training and the obedience as well. The trainer were great!!. After the bootcamp ?the homework sheets were helpful to help us keep them focused. more

I learned how to use different distraction tools that has significantly reduced her biting and jumping on us, the cat and our older dog. Family life is much better now. I enjoyed learning about all the things that I was doing wrong and learning how to do it right. I liked the questions and answers sessions after each class. more
