Best

Gracie is staying on the rug, and is no longer pulling on the leash. The instructors showed us with their dogs rather than just trying to talk us through it.

Worst

The frequency and pattern of the reviews (they almost all start with the name of the dog and are all very generic dog names) indicate they were all written by the same person, or ...

Ben is now listening, obedient, and better behavior. I enjoyed the positive feedback and consistency of the course. I was helped with plenty of behavior traits and given positive reinforcement. more

When I enrolled Pepper into the beginning course, she would whine and not always come when called. From the course, she is no longer whining at all the dogs and is listening better. I enjoyed seeing Pepper respond to commands and the instructor was very patient and constructive. more

Monster needed work on following commands, and was aggressive and had drawn blood before so I decided to bring him in for boot camp training. His obedience, respect, and aggressive had improved more then I hoped for. I enjoyed the thorough repetition of exercises until we understood everything. more

Nelly can now leash walk with ease, is listening to commands, and paying attention with other dogs around. The interaction and attentiveness from the instructors, and how thoroughly my concerns were answered about Nelly really helped me. more

Rover learned so much in class. I would have to say that I saw the most improvement in his behavior. I enjoyed everything! Mostly I liked learned how to communicate to Rover so that he listens and learns respect. I like that in just a few classes that Rover already can sit, down, and stay. I think this course is amazing. more

Chewie needed all the basic obedience and work on chewing/biting. She really listens now. Kelly was great at explaining how to give feedback and reward. Im very excited to get home and continue the training. more

Rango used to nip at my kids and other dogs. Now he can be around other dogs and kids and is listening much much better. Learning more about how to teach our kids to handle Rango will surely be useful for a lifetime. more

Pierre seemed to become a different, better, dog. He improved on everything. What helped me the most was the personalized training. They stepped in and commented when I was doing something wrong. more

Editorial review from Citysearch 10/16/2012

Otis needed overall manner work. From the boot camp training course his manners and overall attention span improved greatly. I enjoyed learning to give proper commands. The instructor helped me by teaching me to follow through if Otis acted up. more

Editorial review from Citysearch 10/12/2012

Harley was dog aggressive and a jumper, as well as needing work on basic commands, so I enrolled him into boot camp training. He had the most improvement in his jumping and aggression. I really liked the interaction with the dogs on the final session. Everything was very helpful. more

Editorial review from Citysearch 10/4/2012

Going into the beginning level course, Liza was a jumper, and had overall behavior issues. Liza no longer jumps, is behaving much more relaxed, and is listening to me. I really like being able to open the front door and not having her rush out. Not only were we shown everything but the instructors walked around and aided when needed. I plan on continue training for Liza. more

The hands on training really helped me with Cody. I really enjoyed when the instructors helped us understand why dogs do what they do, and how to help us correct our mistakes that we make. more

Editorial review from Citysearch 9/12/2012

Rufus was a terrible jumper and was human aggressive, so I enrolled him into boot camp training hoping for the best. He is a great listener, is calmer, and rarely jumps now. The trainer was very good with Rufus, and talked to me about how things went with him. more

Do you want a loyal pet or make a profit off of Cereal Companies? 9/7/2012

This is truly the place to take your pet if you want it to bond with a box of Captain Crunch, Cheerios or whatever your choice of cereals. If Vince had been up front with me when questioned on his training methods he would not have had the chance to pocket my $115. \r Instead of experiencing the real bonding that takes place during proper training your dog is taught to concentrate on whoever has the biggest box of cereal.\r As for training, Vince hasn't even taken the time to Google to find the correct "heel" position is on the left hand side of the trainer and not "whatever side you want" as instructed for puppy class.\r I'm not at all surprised another reviewer was of the opinion that Vince was condescending as well. When questioned (during class) by Vince as to why I didn't want to train with food and I responded that I thought it was best to train with positive reinforcement he responded with "Oh, the dinosaur method." If really bonding and having a companion dog is the dinosaur metho more

Kaya is much better on obedience and her manners really improved. I liked the multiple trainers so I could get one on one feedback on how I was doing. What helped the most were lots of practice on commands and the explanations of why. more

Boomer went into the beginning course because of leash pulling and not listening. Boomer now watches me and is not being distracted by other dogs, people, etc. I really enjoyed seeing him improve and start paying more attention to me. more

I know jennessa h and her dog roxy...i was a unliscensed trainer there when roxy was there and her story is true! she did not get kennel cough from barking all the time. she didnt bark very much while there. the place is known for checking in dogs that show mild signs of being sick in some way just for the money. i can not devulge everything i know about that place because of a NDA i signed when hired but i can say the deception and lies run deep there. a training tool used there would otherwise anger most owners IF they knew it was being used to train their dog there. i worked the kennel and know how the enviornment is there. Yes they do get results with the dogs but they are not the ones training your dogs. And one must asked themselve with what i know ""at what cost am i willing to jepordize my pet to get the positive behaviors i desire???"" This place cant even get a passing grade from the BBB! they wont touch that place with a 40ft pole! that should rest my case with those thinking about using that place for dog training and boarding.your dog will be in possible jepordy if you leave them in their care for boarding and bootcamp!!! listen to a former employee who knows their dirty laundry and how they hide it. for the record im not there because i wouldnt lie or decieve clients anymore and i called the owner a liar so i was discharged. could not pay me to recommend that place! contact me loco1074@gmail more

PLEASE BE WARNED!!!! This is no joke! This place should be shut down!! All they want is your $$ and your are putting your animal at GREAT RISK if you bring your animal to this facility. They hung up on my daughter after she called very upset about the news that her dog has KENNEL COUGH. All their dogs are to have the vaccine prior to boarding their animals. This is a serious illness and her dog may need to be hospitalized if the first round of treatment does not work. When we called yesterday, the facility had no care in the world about their other dogs that were now suseptable since roxy was diagnosed with the illness. They claim all their dogs are well. and actually blamed her illness because she barked a lot. PLEASE if you love your animal, DO NOT take your animal to this facility. Also, they have an F on the better business beareu. That says EVERYTHING to me!! Hope our reviews help your decision. more

Disappointed 5/8/2012

I am extremely surprised to see this place has only received one negative review. I took my puppy to their training class and felt that trainers were very CONDESING, especially Vince. Instead of calling me by my name he kept calling me, Babe??? I think that is rude and very unprofessional as an owner/trainer. My puppy did not get anything out of their training besides the socializing with the other pups, which I could have done easily for free at Petco or Petsmart. Instead of reading the supposedly raved reviews, check with someone who has actually been there. more

Lincoln remains calm now 8/8/2011

Lincoln is now staying, lying down, remaining calm while I walk around. I liked the obedience part of the follow up. My suggestion is this, really, the only thing I can think of would be for you to be closer to my Place!! (1 hour away)- great job. more
