Worst customer service EVER! After using them for a year I was dissatisfied with services and customer service. My first compliant was I went in to pay a bill. The receptionist asked me to read my credit number to her. I handed her my card so I would not have to do this, and then she proceeded to read aloud my credit card number in front of other customers even after I asked her to stop. When I tried to cancel services I was told I would need to sign a statement. Okay so I did. However, they continued to come out and bill me for services. When I went in to address the issue, I was told my file had no record of a cancellation. Then I was told the person I described handing my notice in to was not working there at the date I told I turned in my notice and paid my last bill. I spoke with the owner who basically accused me of lying about turning in a notice and about my compliant with the receptionist reading my credit card aloud - the receptionist was there at the time and of course swore she never did it. So again I signed a piece of paper requesting to terminate services. The manager did try to make arrangements with me not to terminate and even gave me his personal cell, but I wasn't having it. However, they continued to come out to my house and spray. Seriously! So again I called to complain only to be told by the receptionist that I had no right to be angry. I said I was not angry with her, but I do have a right to be angry with bad service. The receptionist then hung up on me. I proceeded to call the owner, who had told me if I had any issues I could call him. His response was to tell me he had already spoken to his receptionist so he didn't need to speak with me, and then hung up on me. This company has the WORST service ever! And what I haven't mentioned so far is that when I did use them, I was repeatedly having to call them out because weeds and pest were never fully treated.
