After hearing and seeing the ad campaigns for this dealership I thought they were just like every other dealership with the goofy salesman, sales pitch to good to be true, etc. This was not the case at this dealership. My husband and I were very surprised at their professionalism and how different they were compared to the other dealerships we had been to while looking for a vehicle for our growing family. We ended up buying our vehicle from them and will be back in the future to buy our second car from them. We were pleased with this dealership. more

Unfortunately I bought the WORST car possible from them....Bought a 2004 Mazda 6, two days after leaving the parking lot the check engine light came on; so glad they could reset the light to fool me into purchasing the car (after 50 miles of it being off their lot it came on)....ALL of my hoses had electrical tape on them and were causing problems within my cylinders due to lack of air flow....Secondly, I had to replace my tires; they were balder than a cue ball, third I had to replace the struts 5 months into owning this car.... NOW after not even owning the car for a full year I am having to replace my control arms on the stupid car. I'm SO unpleased with First Class Cars, I will NEVER EVER buy a car from them again, nor referre anyone to get theirs from there either. Thanks for the money sucker First Class. more

I am very pleased with my car from 5/30/2012

I am very pleased with my car from first class cars. I bought a nissan sentra from them two years ago and have since paid it off. I bought the three year warranty and so far I haven't had to use it. You go First Class cars! more

I highly recommend first class cars have been using them for years they have been in business for almost 30 years and there is a reason happ y customers like me I would give First Class Cars my highest rating and I think I just did. more

I have been hearing about first class 5/24/2012

I have been hearing about first class cars for years on tv and the radio so I thought I would give them a try. I found them to be friendly, helpfull and real. I knew my credit was not the best so I signed up for zero per cent interest and I plan on making all of my payments on time. buying a car can be stressful but I feel like I made the right choice. Over the years I have experienced some ""buyers remorse"" after I bought a car and I know how that can be. But i know I got a good price and my car will be paid off in about a year and a half so I don't have those long payments that can kill you. I wanted a short term loan so I can establish good credit and First Class Cars will help me do that by reporting to the credit bureau when my car is paid off. first class cars gave me a chance when no one else would. FIRST CLASS SUCKS 5/17/2012

This dealer sells crappy cars and you would have to not care about your child's safety to put them in a car from this dealer!!! They do not offer 0% if you make your payments on time I would know I've never missed, been late and have in fact been early on all payments and they are charging a huge interest!!!! They are thieves!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Do not trust the good reviews they come from people who work at the dealers notice they cannot spell it just goes to show what type of operation they run. They are shady and will charge you a huge amount for a car that will break down in 3 months. Old and broken are the types of cars they sell. Any dealer that operates the way they do should be put out of business. They pass cars illegally through inspection. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER! more

Very Good Day 5/16/2012

Well I guess not everybody is having a good day. I thought capitol letters were called shouting and were not aloud on reviews. Anyway I had a very plesant experience at First Class Cars. I have been hearing about them for years and reacently my son needed a car and he did'nt have any credit. No bad credit just No credit at all so I suggested he go down to First Class Cars and see what kind of deal he could get on a safe car. Of course he wanted a fast car but I insisted that if he wanted his Mother to approve he better be safe. He has a ggod job and I kept hearing about 0% interest. Turns out that he pays no interest if he makes his payments on time. That made since to me and sounded like a good way to establish some good credit for my son. So far so good. I'm happy, my son is happy, of course any car can have car problems especially ten year old cars but they make cars so good these days and we saved so much money I'll bet we come out way ahead. Thank you First Class Cars for my sons First Car! more

STOP!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!! This dealer is fraudulent!! They will steal your money. They will sell a car that has major problems and then they won't return calls or fix it because you bought it as is. They are horrible and shouldn't be considered a dealer!!! RUN FAST IN THE OTHER DIRECTION! Their cars are unsafe and illegally passed through inspection!! more

Best in Class! 5/9/2012

I always liked there tv adverts running around in there underwear so when it came time to get a car I thought of First Class Cars. My credit is not what it used to be with the economy and all I had a foreclosure a few years ago and I am on my way to rebuilding my credit. First Class cars helped me at every turn. They even reported my new good credit to the credit bureau when I paid the car aoof. First Class cars is Firsty Class in my book. more

Good People 5/4/2012

I am the kind of person that likes to do my homework. So when I decided to buy a car I looked around. I checked the BBB on First Class Cars and found out the had an A rating. I checked out some of their cars on line. I wasn't particular about the exact car, I wanted a solid dependable good on gas get me from point A to point B on a daily basis. I had $2000 to put down and I knew that would be a good start. The salesmen were helpful and I took several test drives before settling on a subaru from 2002. I am very happy with my car and I really like that I will have this car Paid off in less than 2 years! Right On First Class Cars. more

WORT CAR CHOP SHOP 4/22/2012

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CHOP SHOP!!! They lie cheat and steal. They sell cars that are unsafe and dangerous. DO NOT let them put your families in danger. They do not report to the credit bureaus and they will not fix problems. Three of us have bought cars from them and within 6 months the engine went on one, the tranny went on one, and none of them would pass inspection when we tested it!! RUN FAR AWAY!! more

A disgrace 3/22/2012

these guys are ridiculous! they are nice but they want wayyy too much money. I was looking at a vehicle that KBB at $3k in excellent condition (this one was no where near that: broken valve cover gaskets, missing wiper blades, etc) and they refused to give me a price until I filled out a finance application. I offered to give them $2k down and finance the rest through $150 monthly payments. they wouldnt go for it. The car was barely worth 2 grand to begin with. these guys are crooks. they have vehicles that are easily 4 thousand dollars anywhere else and they are charging 6 grand. Its absurd. stay away unless you you want to get your pants pulled down more
