Great customer service! 11/3/2007

I don't have the best credit and I had been turned down at other dealerships that said they finance ""everyone"", so I decided to stop by First Class Cars as my last stop to see if they could finance me, since all the other dealerships had turned me down. The dealership by far had the best cars on their lot than any other dealership I had been to. My salesman was very nice and treated me like an actual person (unlike the other dealerships I had been to) they have a very unique system and managed to help me get into a great car! Thanks to them they have helped build my credit up and I highly recommened them to anyone that wants to buy a used car and help their credit! Thanks guys you're the best! :) Pros: Lot's of nice vehicle to choose from! Cons: None! I liked everything! more

Tried to sell me a mechanically challenged car 8/26/2007

Went to look at a 2002 Infiniti I35 that was advertised for $8,999. I was on 8/17 and was told by a salesperson that the price ""was around $12,995"" or so. I'm assuming that he told me that because there are no prices on the cars and not many people research them, so they can tell you what they want and see if they can get you to pay. Also, when I was looking at the car there was a service order in the glovebox that indicated that several repairs needed to be done to the car (brakes, power steering pump, etc.). That invoice was missing from the car when I returned (surprised?). Pros: Lots of cars Cons: Parking, good looking cars that may have undisclosed (and expensive) mechanical issues more

Good Car Buying Experience 8/1/2007

When I arrived at first class cars I didn't know what to expect. The sales proffesionals were nicer then normal. I recently had a bad experience elsewhere when I got turned down. FIrst Class Cars gave me grate service, and got me into a Plymouth, Voyager. I give this bussiness a grade of A. Because they treated me nice, got me into a payment plan to fit my budget, and there rates were reasonable. Pros: Service, Price, Expertice Cons: Parking, more

Worst Dealer Ever!! Sold me a car which broke down the next week and will NOT back up what they sell. 4/4/2007

I bought a pickup truck from the dealer on the condition that the air conditioning must work. When I got home with the truck I noticed that not only did the air conditioning not work, but it had a severe oil leak. I took the truck to a mechanic and he was shocked that it could pass safety and emissions (which they do at the dealership). The work needed to be done to fix the oil leak is so extensive that the mechanic said, ""that is probably why they needed to sell the truck"". A week later the check engine light came on. I called the Dealership multiple times and they are unwilling to help or backup the vehicle in any way. It is sad to have to learn a lesson this way, but if it helps to save you from this kind of terrible experience then at least some good can come of this tragedy. Pros: Very nice when taking your money Cons: Will sell you a vehicle with ""bandaids"" on it. The fix ups will not last. more
