First Choice Flooring

First Choice Flooring is a great company. The salesman Joe came out to my home and was very professional and knowledgeable, and was able to give me many different options to choose from. Compared to Home Depot, his prices were much lower and I didn't feel pressured to buy. My only problem was that on my install date, the installers were running late and didn't let me know, but I called Joe and he tracked them down for me and gave me some free carpet spotter as compensation. I would be happy to give First Choice Flooring my business in the future. more

The reviews here are not accurate, All issues with every customer are always handled, sometimes there are extenuating circumstances like shifting foundations that cause tile and grout to crack, sometimes a customer does not follow the recommended procedure to clean spots from their carpet and damage it. First Choice Flooring will always strive to do the right thing for their customers. more

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Both carpet and tile had installation issues. Have been trying for 2 years now to get the loose tile and grout issues resolved, without luck. Our next stop will be to hit their BBB rating. more

The salesman Boyd is helpful & courteous. Installer was nice, & installs carpet well. \r Heaven help you if you have a problem with your carpet after installation!\r We have several damaged spots in our carpet that is a manufacturer error. I spoke with the owner of 1st Choice flooring Joe. Instead of asking questions about the damage to find out who should be involved from the start- he sent out the installation guy who took over a week to come out only to say that it wasn?t an installation error. I had to wait another 3 weeks for the owner to come out to inspect the carpet. When he came out, he said that it would have to go directly through the manufacturer, but he didn?t initiate the claim until a month after he came out to inspect the carpet. Now I am still waiting for Mohawk to call me. Joe would not supply Mohawk's number for me to call directly. The smart strand carpet is not what it is made out to be.
