The salesman Boyd is helpful & courteous. Installer was nice, & installs carpet well. \r Heaven help you if you have a problem with your carpet after installation!\r We have several damaged spots in our carpet that is a manufacturer error. I spoke with the owner of 1st Choice flooring Joe. Instead of asking questions about the damage to find out who should be involved from the start- he sent out the installation guy who took over a week to come out only to say that it wasn?t an installation error. I had to wait another 3 weeks for the owner to come out to inspect the carpet. When he came out, he said that it would have to go directly through the manufacturer, but he didn?t initiate the claim until a month after he came out to inspect the carpet. Now I am still waiting for Mohawk to call me. Joe would not supply Mohawk's number for me to call directly. The smart strand carpet is not what it is made out to be.
