She should go into advertising--and "sell" her story there.\r The previous comment about how horrid this LONGMONT Firestone is, is closer to my same experience. The person I dealt with tried to "give me a deal," by "throwing in a free tire if I purchased three new ones." Really? "I'm really not supposed to do that, but I can make it happen." Apparently he must have thought I was some ignorant, uneducated minority that didn't fully comprehend the English language because there were POSTERS all over the lobby area advertising that same exact "deal!'\r My recommendation? Go to the BOULDER Firestone. THEY are trustworthy AND honest. They've been my mechanics for almost four years now. THANK YOU BOULDER FIRESTONE!\r P.S. One of the mechanics stole my really nice SOG knife that was Christmas gift. I kept it in my car and it disappeared after I got an oil change at the Longmont Colorado Firestone shop. When I told the manager, he didn't care at all and defended his mechanics, saying ""none of them would do it."" I wanted to ask him if he was the one who stole it. I know someone there did, in fact, steal it, because I lock my car even when I go into convenience stores, so the only time the knife could have been stolen was at this Longmont Firestone shop. I have had my car fixed here about 10 times already and everytime they do it right. It is always affordable and they do not try to scam me because I am a young woman. They have repaired everything and have gone above and beyond with their customer service. They have a great manager named Cris who is great to work with! He really made me feel welcomed everytime!
