Review content:
Krysti H. is, more likely than not, an employee of Firestone. She should go into advertising--and "sell" her story there.\r
The previous comment about how horrid this LONGMONT Firestone is, is closer to my same experience. The person I dealt with tried to "give me a deal," by "throwing in a free tire if I purchased three new ones." Really? "I'm really not supposed to do that, but I can make it happen." Apparently he must have thought I was some ignorant, uneducated minority that didn't fully comprehend the English language because there were POSTERS all over the lobby area advertising that same exact "deal!'\r
My recommendation? Go to the BOULDER Firestone. THEY are trustworthy AND honest. They've been my mechanics for almost four years now. THANK YOU BOULDER FIRESTONE!\r
P.S. I was going to talk to the owner about that individual trying to swindle people out of their money, but it appears, from another review, he's in on it too.
