I had really horrible experience with the service of Firestone guys in Bryan. Because i never knew that tieing rod and doing alighment can take 7 hours for any technician. I walked in store at 9am and got out of the hell at 4pm with full of anger. Many people came in and left while i was waiting. When i noticed it and complained to the manager, he said it was a complicated job, but i noticed that his man never touched my car at all and even went out to have their lunch. When i paid him 330 bucks for his all day work, he even asked me whether i was a student since he also felt stranged that how i had so much time wandering in his store. That is the worst joke i ever heard!\r

However it is not an end. A few days later i furiously found my car drifted its head to left side and went back to request for reexamination. Guess how long i waited this time -------5 hours, and unsurprisingly without any positive answer. They said there was nothing wrong with them, although my car worked well before they touched it, and i got to pay them again if i really wanted to sovle the problem. Thanks to all i knew that i was not mad at that time. So i left the store with smile and kindly say good luck to another customer who waited there more than 3 hours. I promised i would never visit any firestone store any more and warn anyone who is lacked of patience not to stop by such store. It is a really critical challenge in your life.\r
