These guys have always been a pleasure to work with and provide great service. They were able to get my tired in and installed the next day and even stayed a little late to do so...

These guys are very rude. They have a bad attitude and will generally give no information other than to ""leave it here, and pick it up when I'm done. They are unpleasant to work ...

Santa cruz firestone located on water street\r Their staff are the most honest and reliable\r People I have ever met.we drove our astro van from west covina ca to santa cruz on vacation\r Our van broke down on a friday.we took our van to get fixed there.the manager the mechanic and all their workers were so helpful.we had our luggage and we had no way to get to the hotel.the manager\r Took the time to take our luggage and us to the hotel.Unfortunately the van had more issues than what we thought. After spending an extra day from Friday to Monday without transport to get home.\r The firestone manager went above and beyond his duties that they rent us a van to get to our destination. They took the time to deliver our van van once they were done fixing it. this is what I call being above their great customer satisfaction. Bruno the manager and their staff\r Are excellent people. Thank you for your effort and support to be willing to help some stranger travelers that reached for help. more

These guys have always been a pleasure to work with and provide great service. They were able to get my tired in and installed the next day and even stayed a little late to do so. Compared to BigO or Costco, I have had my best experience buying tires at Firestone and would recommend going there versus the competition just for the service alone, not to mention they have better prices than both Costco and BigO. Pros: Great service, fast and courtious! more

Very rude, poor customer service 10/21/2007
