Our van broke down on a friday.we took our van to get fixed there.the manager the mechanic and all their workers were so helpful.we had our luggage and we had no way to get to the hotel.the manager\r
Took the time to take our luggage and us to the hotel.Unfortunately the van had more issues than what we thought. After spending an extra day from Friday to Monday without transport to get home.\r
The firestone manager went above and beyond his duties that they rent us a van to get to our destination. They took the time to deliver our van van once they were done fixing it. this is what I call being above their great customer satisfaction. Bruno the manager and their staff\r
Are excellent people. Thank you for your effort and support to be willing to help some stranger travelers that reached for help.
