READ ME!!! - I know people from Firestone add their own disagreements to reviews and put a tone of positive ones in ontop of every bad one. Seen it on other review sites. BUT I will tell only the truth. My mom has a 2005 Toyota Camry. Brought in for a coupon oil change special. Needless to say the desire for high commission off of a woman was present in the service manager. He tried to sell my mom over $1200 work of brakes, front end repairs, tires, and tune-up work.They told her she would never make it home. She called me crying her eyes out. Let me tell you- the brakes were ALL replaced pads & rotors and calipers about 2500 miles ago. Tune up was done apprx. 45 days ago and the front end was done 6 months ago (about 6700 miles), and get this- THEY PUT THE NEW TIRES ON LAST MONTH!!!. After 20 mins on the phone trying to calm her down, I met her there and the service manager assured me that all the repairs were needed to be done ASAP or she would crash her car driving home. Great place to go 6/6/2005

This is the only place I'll bring my car for an oil change. The employees are very nice and I never have worry about my car while they are servicing it. They are very knowlegable and definetly helpful. They don't give you the run around. These are some of the nicest mechanics you'll find around. more
