READ ME!!! - I know people from Firestone add their own disagreements to reviews and put a tone of positive ones in ontop of every bad one. Seen it on other review sites. BUT I will tell only the truth. My mom has a 2005 Toyota Camry. Brought in for a coupon oil change special. Needless to say the desire for high commission off of a woman was present in the service manager. He tried to sell my mom over $1200 work of brakes, front end repairs, tires, and tune-up work.They told her she would never make it home. She called me crying her eyes out. Let me tell you- the brakes were ALL replaced pads & rotors and calipers about 2500 miles ago. Tune up was done apprx. 45 days ago and the front end was done 6 months ago (about 6700 miles), and get this- THEY PUT THE NEW TIRES ON LAST MONTH!!!. After 20 mins on the phone trying to calm her down, I met her there and the service manager assured me that all the repairs were needed to be done ASAP or she would crash her car driving home.
