Firestone Complete Auto Care

So, very long story short, this Firestone has a grudge against us because they messed up our fuel pump on one of our cars a few years ago - I made a big stink about it because I'm leaking gas all the way on 95. As a result, I complain to their manager, who gets me a rental car, because the place tried to pawn off a mismatched fuel pump for my car. So, because the manager rectified the problem, I decided to keep my business there. However, will be changing shops (any recommendations?) because they keep giving me the shaft (I think they flagged me in their system as a bad customer). About a year ago, try to get my car checked out, told me it would be an hour, took 5! hours for a basic car inspection. Took the same car in the other day for a wheel balance, pretty sure the vibration in my car is worse, AND they unplugged my headlight! The manager at Firestone Daytona Beach International Speedway does not treat his employees with any respect! Staff morale is low and all he cares about his making money for the company! He does even know that satisfied and happy employees yield a successful company.\r \r How on earth can you schedule staff like they are puppets on a string? It is difficult to make any plans with family because you have no idea what your schedule for the next week willl be. \r No consistency in times worked, days worked, start times, end times, days off! He needs to go back to school or get some training and learn how to manage his staff, how to prepare staff schedules and how to treat employees fairly. \r \r Not everyone has no family life, and knowing your schedule in advance is important to some people. more

Good service, but the manager made me feel like i had no idea what i wanted. i took my grandmothers front wheel drivecar to get serviced. i wanted tire rotation with the higher tread tires on the front. They brought the car out with the higher tread on the read. Gave me the excuse that if your going around a turn then you will side out with the lower tread in the rear. Mind you that the tread had very minimal differences. He had aslo called me and said they noticed carbon built up in the trottle body. 1st, why are they taking apart my grandmothers intake? 2 do they really think im that stupid? i will never go back. more

We have used this business several times and each time have got great service. The staff at this particular store are very knowledgable and know their stuff!. Their prices are about the same as most garages and we have never been overcharged for service. I would recommend this store. PROS: Knowledgable staff..good prices CONS: There was a fairly long wait time. more
