So, very long story short, this Firestone has a grudge against us because they messed up our fuel pump on one of our cars a few years ago - I made a big stink about it because I'm leaking gas all the way on 95. As a result, I complain to their manager, who gets me a rental car, because the place tried to pawn off a mismatched fuel pump for my car. So, because the manager rectified the problem, I decided to keep my business there. However, will be changing shops (any recommendations?) because they keep giving me the shaft (I think they flagged me in their system as a bad customer). About a year ago, try to get my car checked out, told me it would be an hour, took 5! hours for a basic car inspection. Took the same car in the other day for a wheel balance, pretty sure the vibration in my car is worse, AND they unplugged my headlight! (Hubby bought a bulb, saw nothing wrong with it the old one, but bought one just in case, and saw that it was unplugged - an out light on the same day
