The manager at Firestone Daytona Beach International Speedway does not treat his employees with any respect! Staff morale is low and all he cares about his making money for the company! He does even know that satisfied and happy employees yield a successful company.\r \r How on earth can you schedule staff like they are puppets on a string? It is difficult to make any plans with family because you have no idea what your schedule for the next week willl be. \r No consistency in times worked, days worked, start times, end times, days off! He needs to go back to school or get some training and learn how to manage his staff, how to prepare staff schedules and how to treat employees fairly. \r \r Not everyone has no family life, and knowing your schedule in advance is important to some people.
