We went in looking for a fireplace door to fit over our old brick fireplace. The lady walked us through asking us to describe our fireplace and advising us as we went along. Inside fit versus overlap, color of glass, handles, frame color and so on. We were told 4 to 5 weeks lead time and the door arrived 4 weeks later. Excellent products knowledge and great service. more

Fireplace door 9/21/2009

Good: horrible customer service, they lecture me more than help, we went with them, and it was a mistake. Bad: I would not recommend it to a friend! Slow ( 2 month instead of 2 weeks promised), fireplace door is damaged and they don't want to do anything about it!. Improvements: timing, customer service, everything takes forever, and the quality of work is questionable!!!. Other: Big NO, NO!!!. more

They know fireplaces! 8/16/2005

After a less-than-satisfactory experience at a nearby fireplace store, I wasn't expecting much when I went in to the Fireplace Element. But the owner, Corinne, is so knowledgeable about gas fireplace inserts that I was pleasantly surprised. Her husband is a fantastic stonemason, so if you're looking for a mantel, they can design and implement something really unique! more
