Good: horrible customer service, they lecture me more than help,
we went with them, and it was a mistake. Bad: I would not recommend it to a friend!
Slow ( 2 month instead of 2 weeks promised), fireplace door is damaged and they don't want to do anything about it!. Improvements: timing, customer service,
everything takes forever, and the quality of work is questionable!!!. Other: Big NO, NO!!!.
