I've been using Ferrari Plumbing Inc for about a year. I've had various plumbing problems, so I've used them a number of times. Wes came out, and he was pretty prompt. He is very knowledgeable, and he explained what was wrong and how he would fix it. He spoke in a professional way, and he knew what he was doing and what he was talking about. He gave me confidence that he knew what he was doing! more

Absolutely dependable 3/19/2014

Ferrari Plumbing is great! They're prompt, efficient, and know what they're doing. They're also very reasonably priced and are able to schedule jobs at the time I need. They've re-plumbed our kitchen sink and replaced some of the faucets, removed a water softener, etc. The quality of the work is excellent and I've had no problems with it. The plumbers are always professional and helpful. Wes is really good to work with. I'd definitely recommend them. more

Wonderful job 1/10/2014

Ferrari Plumbing was very pleasant to work with. They were punctual, diagnosed the problem with my sink, and provided the service that I needed on the spot. The plumber worked quickly and efficiently. He also gave me some helpful tips about how I could manage the issue if it were to arise again. The price was more than fair. I'll be referring them to anyone who has plumbing needs. more

Excellent service & quality at fairly reasonable price. 12/23/2013

Over the years, whenever I've needed emergency plumbing, Ferrari Plumbing is one of the few who come over right away. I recently had to replace an ejector pump. I also had a sump pump go out and made an emergency call to Ferrari Plumbing. The plumber came over right way and was able to diagnose and correct the problem right away. He's great. You can take his word on what he tells you. I am confident in his diagnostic abilities and workmanship. more

Responsive, excellent service, you get quality for the price paid 11/20/2013

We called Ferrari Plumbing on a rainy Sunday due to two sump pumps that gave out in our basement. They arrived within a few hours as promised. The plumber walked into our flooded basement with very quick assessments on what needed to done and what that meant in dollars according to his pricing binder. With the price came great quality and results. He had everything he needed in his truck, started working right away and was done in about two hours. With the scope of work, everything was done quickly with professional grade equipment installed along with professional quality service provided. I highly recommend them to anyone. more

Overall, good experience 11/20/2013

Ferrari Plumbing replaced the drain line and their customer service was good. They responded right away. They didn't charge by the hour. They had a set rate which was a bit unusual. It seemed like it cost a lot but I didn't have anything to compare it to. However, the technician was very skilled and able to fix the problem. He seemed to have all the right equipment. more

Excellent work 11/6/2013

I called Ferrari Plumbing to replace two laundry cutoff valves that were frozen. I wasn't able to be at the property (a rental) when they were going to show but I really needed the work done that day. I took a leap f faith and left the front door key in the mailbox. The plumber called when he arrived, called again with an estimate, then called when the work was complete. When I arrived at the property and checked his work I could not have been more impressed. It was excellent work. I would highly recommend Ferrari plumbing. Their customer service and their work is excellent. more

Excellent plumber! 9/27/2013

Ferrari Plumbing has done a couple of jobs for us. First, he put a water heater in. He did an excellent job with that. Then he put in a washing machine sink for discharge, which worked out great as well. The owner himself has done all of our jobs. His quality of work is outstanding. He had to reevaluate how our system is because it's 118 years old. So he conformed the work he did to that. It went really well. He did a nice job, cleaned up after himself, and his solder joints were excellent. I would highly recommend him. more

Ferrari Plumbing have done a couple of jobs. They were both kind of emergency jobs and they came out right away the next day. They left the area they were working in extremely clean. They did a great job. I would definitely call them in for anything else I need. The prices were really fair and he explained everything that needed to be done. more

Excellent repair, great diagnostics 6/3/2013

Ferrari Plumbing Inc came to my rescue when I had a pump that was not working. Water was going into the basement and it was during rainy season. The plumber knew exactly what the problem was and replaced the plumbing as soon as he arrived and saw the flooding. He explained the options and found an affordable way to repair the work. We have had no problems since and it has been two months since the work was done! more

Ferrari Plumbing is awesome! 4/17/2013

This time due to a heavy rain, that caused some flooding in the Chicago aria, our sum-pump failedI am so grateful that Wesley Ferrari from the http://www.ferrariplumbing.net/ was in the aria and was able to come within minutes to rescue our basement. He is awesome! Whenever you have a problem, you know if you call Wesley Ferrari, your problem will be fixed fast and with a professional approach! Anda very reasonable coast! Thank you, Wesley! more

I called because I saw them on Angie's List and had seen good reviews. I hadn't done business with them before, but I was in need of replacing my water heater. After some diagnostic questions on the phone, we made an appointment for them to come out and install a new energy efficient water heater. They came out on time, did the install, and cleaned up after themselves. Everything works great. more

We called Ferrari Plumbing on a Sunday, because our sump pump was leaking. I had gone online and found their reviews, which were all great so I decided to call them based on those. They called us back that same day, and were able to come out the next morning. The man was great. He was very thorough and triple-checked everything before he left. The reviews were right! They are a great company to use. more

We discovered our hot water heater was leaking and so we called Ferrari Plumbing Inc at 3 in the morning. They had someone out to our house that same morning. They fixed the whole thing in a few hours and did an outstanding job. more

High quality work, but a little expensive. 11/14/2012

I got new countertops in my house and Ferrari Plumbing had to reattach the sink and put in a new garbage disposal. They had to come back once because there was a pipe that was not attached to the sink. When the plumber came back to fix what had gotten loose, he put in a valve on the water line that goes to the refrigerator and gives me water. more

The experience with Ferrari Plumbing has been really positive. They're just friendly, and they explain things well. They have everything written down in a binder to explain pricing and how things work because I don't really understand plumbing. Overall, just a great experience. more
