I needed a water line hooked up to my fridge, so I called up Ferrari. They showed up the same day within a few hours, and got the job done quick. The only issue was pricing was rather expensive but other than that the customer service and everything else was good. more

Ferrari Plumbing was quick to respond to our need for service. Ferrari Plumbing put in a new water heater and worked on a clog in our pipe. Ferrari Plumbing has great service and a quick response time! more

Flabbergasted and amazed at how things worked! 6/28/2012

It was just an excellent experience with Ferrari Plumbing, Inc! I even wrote a review about it. The man from Ferrari Plumbing was extremely qualified and had excellent customer service skills. He was very efficient. I had them over twice, and we had one particular man both times. He knows exactly what to do! I've had other people come and price things, but he was almost like a detective, looking for clues. I was flabbergasted and amazed at how things worked. I never call anyone else! more

Very competitive pricing, knowledgeable service 5/31/2012

I found Ferrari Plumbing on a reviews site and I needed a rotor rooter service. The reviews were positive and I later found out were also very accurate. He shows up right on time, he doesn't try to upsell, and he tries to diagnose the problem right away. He doesn't waste time and he is customer oriented. Very price competitive and I like that he is independent. more

The man at Ferrari Plumbing who worked at our home was very knowledgeable and told me all the options to fix the problem. He fixed it quickly and effectively, and I would definitely use them again for my plumbing needs. more

The man from Ferrari Plumbing, Inc. was very professional. When we called them, they called us right back and were very prompt in giving us the estimate. He was always on time, and the same thing happened when he came out to do the job. He was very helpful and explained everything to my husband step-by-step. He was a very nice person and we'll definitely use them again. more

Good quality work! 1/3/2012

I called Ferrari Plumbing, Inc. that morning and the technician came in that afternoon. I had a plumbing issue that required more than just standard straightline plumbing. He had to do some troubleshooting, and he was very good about trying to understand the issue. I chose Ferrari Plumbing Inc. because of their reviews. Ferrari Plumbing Inc. was very responsive. They were probably not the cheapest place but they do good quality work and follow up. more

Happy overall with all their services! 12/21/2011

Actually I've had about three different times I've used Ferrari Plumbing, Inc. We've had plumbing problems involved with the city. They were very willing to work with us as far as coming back when we needed them. Ferrari Plumbing Inc. was willing to work with us on the city building codes. Their work was very neat and efficient as far as getting the work done! Ferrari Plumbing was adaptable to our schedule as far as when we needed them to be there. There was a situation where we couldn't be there all the time, but they were willing to work with us on that. They were very efficient, and the estimate came through at the right price! Excellent Experience with Ferrari Plumbing 12/12/2011

I have used Ferrari Plumbing twice so far. The first time I called them, it was an emergency scenario, as my plumbing was beginning to back up into the toilet. They came out on a Sunday and was very promt, polite and professional. The pricing was very fair, and the plumber was very nice, explaining everything that needed to be done. The problem was fixed promptly and I was very happy with the service. The next time was when the spigot for my hose in the front would not shut off. It was not an emergency since the hose was hooked up and the sprayer stopped the water from flowing. I called Ferrari and they were there the next day, checking out the problem. He fixed the spigot, again at a very fair price. Again he was very professional and explained throughly what the problem was and fixed it quickly. Ferrari Plumbing is now my plumbing contact, and I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of plumbing services. Thank you!! more

Highly responsive, great service. 11/3/2011

I've use Ferrari Plumbing, Inc. twice. Each time, they responded to my call within hours. They did very good work. While they were here I asked them about another problem I was having. They gave me some good consul and I ended up calling them back a second time. The same technician came out both times, and did a great job each time. He was very professional and very nice, I absolutely have no complaints about the service and outcomes I received. more

Fabulous. 9/28/2011

I recently used Ferrari Plumbing for the first time, after finding them on a service maintenance website. I hired them to repair a wax ring toilet, and to research a leak in my basement. They were very professional, very on point, and very thorough. I was impressed. I also liked that they put stickers on the items in question, so I could call them easily in the event of an emergency. Use them, you will be pleased with the service. more

The people at Ferrari Plumbing, Inc. always come quickly. They have fixed a couple of things, on at least two occasions. They were always prompt to answer the phone and respond to calls. One time while he was on a call here for a repair of a drain, he actually found a leak in a dishwasher and fixed that as well. Ferrari Plumbing does first-class work and go beyond their work! Prompt and efficient service. 8/9/2011

I found Ferrari Plumbing through an online service I use to find contractors and narrow down my options. I considered a few of the best rated plumbers, and read their customer reviews. After sending out an email to Ferrari requesting a bid, they called me back almost immediately. They told me they could come out within the hour, and sure enough, they did. John was the serviceman that arrived at my home. He looked over all my plumbing issues, and actually found one or two that I was unaware of in the course of his evaluation. I agreed to have him perform the repairs, and he did them right then and there. Everything was done correctly, and the repairs are still holding up. Quality is the most important thing to me when it comes to any service, and in that respect Ferrari met my expectations. The only thing that I didn't like was that it cost more than I would have wanted. You might get that with any plumber, however. You can expect prompt and efficient service from Ferrari, just be prepared to pay. more

Expertise and a great attitude!! 7/21/2011

Ferrari Plumbing, Inc. was very efficient, professional, and helpful. They accommodated us in the fact that they had to come out one evening because both of us were working. We worked with them once two months ago when the water heater went. Ferrari Plumbing installed a new water heater, did some plumbing, and did a new sink for us. They completed the job, and it was reasonably priced. What stood out to me was that the gentleman explained everything he was doing, and he provided the options available so he really left the choices up to us. He completed the job in a timely manner. I had found out about Ferrari Plumbing through Angie's List. If you're looking for somebody with expertise and a great attitude, Ferrari Company would be the company to hire! more

I have had Ferrari Plumbing, Inc. over twice, and in both cases I received expert service. I am very pleased with them. The first time I used Ferrari, they installed a water heater in my home. The second, I was having trouble with a shower nozzle, and they installed a new one for me. On both occasions, the service was professional. They explained the problem to me, then discussed my options, providing me with enough information to make an informed decision. I always check with the Better Business Bureau before hiring service professionals, and Ferrari come highly recommended. They offer quality work at competitive prices. What else could you want? more

Wesley from Ferrari Plumbing, Inc. showed up promptly. He was clean, friendly and very professional. He gave me a quote and I thought it was very reasonable so I hired him. As he worked, he didn't make a mess. I asked him to give me a quote for a couple of other things while he was there, which he did and they were very fair prices too. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I'd use him again in the future. more

Great service and fast work 4/13/2011

Ferrari came out the very next and I called on Monday morning when I know most service companies are jammed. They came exactly when they said they would. Very clean, professional, knowledgable and helpful when I asked questions. They checked on things that were not included in the price and did everything as they said. Very trustworthy. more
