THIS PEOPLE TOOK MY $1000!! They came in back in Aug. and took a deposit for the fence. After a month they call me to set up an appointment. I took a day off so I could be there. No call no show. Called and left dozens of messages. Even emails with no luck. I managed to talk to them after I called from a different number. They tell me they are sorry and set another date. I call the day b4 the appointment to make sure it is still good. They confirm they are coming to install and they promise to be on time. You guessed it. No call no show. I called and like always nobody answers. I filled a complaint with the BBB and finally I get a call back. At this point I want my money back (after 5 months) and I do not want the fence anymore since I do not trust them. They tell me they cannot do that but to set another date for installation. I do not trust this people. I am taking them to the small claims court. more

Gate repair work was very poor. Came back to fix it once, but started having add'l problems a few months later. Have called more than a dozen times. Said they would come out and fix it, but it was all lip service. Current state after three years, door is worse than before we got it repaired. would be nice to contact them via email like i do all other places! esp since they go to all the trouble of listing 2 email addresses! Pros: they list 2 phone numbers & 2 emails Cons: 1 email is invalid, & the other's mailbox is always full more
