Gate repair work was very poor. Came back to fix it once, but started having add'l problems a few months later. Have called more than a dozen times. Said they would come out and fix it, but it was all lip service. Current state after three years, door is worse than before we got it repaired. Nobody has been picking up the phone at business recently...
Cons: Poor customer service. Constant cancellations of appts
