On commenting to the server about it, she did offer alternatives, but when I declined, did not offer to take it off the bill. When my companion requested that, she ""checked with the manager"", and she reported back that they weren't allowed to.
Worse, she had the moxie of being placed in the position to tell me that while she couldn't take it off the bill, she would absorb it.
And, worse yet, she pulled the classic server fraud of bringing back change for 2 20s as if she had been given a 10 and a 20.
The old, the original owner's Fellinis, cooked real food. This place, managed by non-owning staff, just doesn't have the interest, and the place fails.
I've been there 3 times in the last 30 days, at different times, different days, and the food experience is no different from the earlier days after the original owner sold out. Wait staff on all but the last experience were without problems.

Pros: Nice Place to Sit, outside in the daytime.
Cons: Inattentive Cooking
