Businiess name:  Fellini's Cafe
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
The food at Fellini's is flavorful and pleasing -- the tomato appetizer and the goat cheese wrap are positively sensational, while the chicken calzone is pretty good. I've always found the service well-intentioned, if not outright good. But the one thing I still haven't been able to get past is the feel of the place; Fellini's has done a lot to spruce up the physical space and give it character, but it still comes across as somehow chaotic and not entirely as comfortable as most neighborhood eateries, even when it's not crowded. Perhaps it is because it is still a fairly young N.O. restaurant and had such a completely different first life. It's sure to come into its own over time -- and it is definitely worth a visit.
