Stay Away from this company!!!!
Horrible booking issues. Thanks Groupon for giving me a refund!!
I called this company 3 times to make sure my date was available. Each time they said yes. So I purchased my groupon and did the online reservation. Twenty four hours later I called to find out when I would receive my final confirmation. The guy said they were behind and it would take him a few days. So I called back a week later and was informed that they would not confirm the reservation until 1 week out. I asked ""why not is it available?"" The guy said ""well it is available right now."" So my reply was ""if it is available now then why can’t you just confirm the reservation so I can solidify my plans.” He stated “we do not confirm reservations until a week out.” When I asked why he stated “Because we prioritize our bookings.” I quickly understood that he meant
***We wait to see how many reservations we get and take the best ones first. So even though your little 3 hour slot is available now if we get a 5 hour that overlaps, we will take the 5 hour no matter how much earlier YOU booked your reservation!***
When I asked him if that is what was going he tried to deny it. I said “if that is not true, send me my confirmation now or cancel the reservation so I can make other arrangements.” Guess what? He cancelled the reservation.
If that is indeed your policy, it should be stated on your website!!! Because by the time they call you back to say that they AREN’T going to book you because they found a better job, it’s too late to find someone else!! Don’t waste your time calling these people!
Side note: Groupon is still the best. They immediately credited my account for the amount paid!!!
