When I arrived, I was greeted and they let me know that it probably wouldn't take as long. They offered me a ride so I could shop while I waited. The waiting area was clean, lots of current magazines and fresh coffee. more

They finished up in half the time that they estimated AND even better, came in below the estimate they had given me. I was completely blown away! After repairs were done, I pointed out some wheel alignment numbers. FCC readjusted wheel alignment again and I am very satisfied with the performance. I have very good experience overall in terms of performance, repairs and on time delivery. I will recommend FCC to my friends and anyone who need auto repairs.\r more

This place is great, they provided regular updates while my car was in the body shop and the car was ready on time. On the day of pick up I reached a few minutes early. While I waited I asked questions about how many cars they fixed in day and so on and manager offered me a tour of their facility. All in all an exceptional experience.\r more

FCC was second one I visited and idea was to compare the quote provided by the first company before I decided on which one to use.\r The guys at FCC not only demonstrated exceptional service but also came up with a lower quote. In addition to that they offered to cover for rental car charges(25 dollars a day) while my car was in their body shop since my insurance did not cover it. We were referred to FCC and they were awesome. He went over everything. There was clear communication throughout the whole experience. They left the car spotless which was a great touch. We picked up the car and it didn't start. Probably due to it sitting for the couple of weeks they worked on it. Within seconds someone came out and jump started it so we could be on our way. Again, they assured us if we had any problems to come back. So far everything is running excellent and no problems. I am very happy with our service. We will be back if we need anything in the future. Hopefully not but in case we do.\r more

My car had the driver side mirror vandalized when I brought the car here, after researching/calling a lot of other servicing/repair shops. The service guy assigned to my case. I cannot even begin to describe how respectful and courteous he and the rest of the team was. It took a couple of days to order the parts and had to leave my car in their workshop for half a day but these guys kept me posted of the status through messages and even provided complimentary pick-up/drop off and car wash.\r more
