I dinged my bumper over the weekend and was totally bummed out. I starting yelping for body shops and got 3 estimates (C&C, B2 Perfection and FCC Collision). I must say I got the best estimate from Matt Piper, owner at FCC. To save money, I opted to go for repair with touch up paint on my Honda. I dropped off my car this morning and when I picked it up I was beyond impressed. Rather than doing touch up paint, Matt actually had my bumper painted. On top of that, they even washed my car. I would highly recommend Matt, awesome customer service!! more

Last week my new civic was scraped in the office parking lot and I was quiet upset. The scratches were small but visible so I took it to C&c for am estimate. and they gave me a 1500 dollar estimate which bummed me out even more. So I tried to touch it up myself but that didn't go too well. That's when I dropped by FCC for an estimate too and first off they were very courteous, helpful and professional. They recommended a touch up would be sufficient, even agreed to clean up the touch-up I did and professionally retouched up the car again, buffed it out and then washed it -- all complimentary. All this while waiting there for thirty minutes and now my car looks amazing again. I am really grateful to this place and really appreciate their service. I am a lifelong customer of this place from now on and recommend them to everybody. more

Hi, I am Derral, I have a Mercedes that was involved in a collision. My Insurance agent recommended FCC because numerous customers had spoken highly of the service and quality. I took my car to them and they took care of the rest!!!!! Excellent Staff, I believe its family owned!!! Thats so hard to find these days!!!!! Seriously unethical 10/12/2008

On a recommendation from Nissan, I had my car towed to FCC after an accident. I spoke with the receptionist, who was awesome, and asked that they do an estimate. I called the next morning to check auto shop ""etiquitte"" about having someone from another body shop come do an estimate. I was told it was no problem and I made arrangements to go after work. I arrived directly after my insurance claim adjuster and a few moments before the other shop. After I got the sales pitch from Terry, the gentleman from the other shop arrived. We went into the shop, I to take pictures, he to do an estimate for me. As I approached what I was told was my car, I was shocked speechless! My car's front end was completely disassembled. To make a long story short, when Terry was confronted about the work done without authorization, he became belligerent and aggressive. I couldn't get my car out fast enough. I did not trust them after this display of unethical, not to mention illegal, business practice. I was assured there were 22 pictures taken of the my car from it's arrival completely through the disassembly that I would be sent. I explained to my insurance company that I in no way tried to under man them by authorizing the work before they could look at the car, they informed me that they could not do the necessary measurements to help in any court battle and luckily was not deemed ""at fault"" in the accident. Needless to say the pictures never mastrrialized and I doubt they had even been taken. Most people I spoke to about this admitted they would have left their car to be done by FCC since it was already disassembled. I believe this is exactly what FCC had planned. I would seriously reconsider having this shop do any work for you. If Terry treats people this way, you will be treated no different. Gosh forbid you have a problem with the work they do! I have spoken with the Bureau of Automotive Repair regarding this incident. Pros: Great receptionist Cons: UNETHICAL more

Repaired our car well 10/6/2007

After our car was run into and had a lot of cosmetic damage, M2 did a fine job of fixing the cosmetic and slight structural damage. They worked well within our insurance bounds and we'd go back here if we need to (hopefully not!). more

Great Advice 7/25/2007

I heard about FCC through a friend of mine. I moved out here from the East Coast and have had back luck for the most part with mechanics so I always like to go off of referals.\r \r Earlier today I was involved with a minor fender bender. I called and spoke with Adam stating my current situation. I am up in SF for over a month and not sure what to do. Instead of just hanging up the phone. I was still treated like a potential customer. After going over different outcomes with me, he even mentioned a few places in the city of SF to get an estimate taking care. \r \r I am was very happy to know that Adam still was generous enough to take the time speak with me. I could only think that if he did that with me he is a good sound business man\r \r Thanks Adam. I will take your advise soundly. more

Perfectionists! 4/11/2007

This place is wonderful! The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the process and all my options. My Sequoia looks like new! In fact, they weren't satisfied with the color match and repainted my SUV a second time until it was perfect! Their prices are great and they even gave me a ride back to the office. Thanks Al, you were right--they are the best! more
