Would not recommend 2/3/2011

I had horrible service today at Fazio Eye Institute. I made an appointment for 1:45 and the receptionist told me to 'make sure' I was 15 minutes early. I arrive at 1:30, the receptionist didn't even acknowledge me, and I sat down. 2 people came in after me. They were both called back, while I sat there...still with no acknowledgement from Susan, the receptionist. After 45 minutes of sitting there, I went to the desk and told her that I had to leave to go back to work...and she shrugged at me, still not saying a word. more

Great Dr. 5/12/2010

When I was sitting in the waiting room, the receptionist never said hello to me. In fact, I assumed I had to sign in and went up to the window to sign the clipboard and documents next to her window. When she got off the phone, she sighed very loud as if I was inconveniencing her and then took the clipboard. The place was not busy at all, I was the only person there and sitting within five feet of her. A simple hello would have been nice. When finally getting in to see the Optometrist, I was meeting Dr. Lisa McKim. She was amazing. Professional, sweet, pretty, understanding. The whole ordeal was great from that moment on and the receptionist even was nice to me as I was leaving. The staff knew what they were talking about and everything seemed fast. Worst Customer Service! 1/22/2010

I've been to this office three times. The first appointment the Dr. was an hour late. All the other times after that they are always running late and the staff is horrible. They never call to follow-up or even write down appointments. I can't even seem to get my Rx from them. I would steer clear of this place! The worst experience I've ever had in my life. gave appointment while doc is a stay at home mom 3/6/2006

i took an appointment through phone schduled after a week. took 1hr. permission from office and went there . i got most ridiculous answer that ""doc is a stay at home mom"" . my question is then why give appointment in the first place more
