I had horrible service today at Fazio Eye Institute. I made an appointment for 1:45 and the receptionist told me to 'make sure' I was 15 minutes early. I arrive at 1:30, the receptionist didn't even acknowledge me, and I sat down. 2 people came in after me. They were both called back, while I sat there...still with no acknowledgement from Susan, the receptionist. After 45 minutes of sitting there, I went to the desk and told her that I had to leave to go back to work...and she shrugged at me, still not saying a word.
