Review content:
When I was sitting in the waiting room, the receptionist never said hello to me. In fact, I assumed I had to sign in and went up to the window to sign the clipboard and documents next to her window. When she got off the phone, she sighed very loud as if I was inconveniencing her and then took the clipboard. The place was not busy at all, I was the only person there and sitting within five feet of her. A simple hello would have been nice. When finally getting in to see the Optometrist, I was meeting Dr. Lisa McKim. She was amazing. Professional, sweet, pretty, understanding. The whole ordeal was great from that moment on and the receptionist even was nice to me as I was leaving. The staff knew what they were talking about and everything seemed fast. Ask for Dr. Lisa McKim as she will make even the worst-case white-coat paranoid patrons happy. Tampa, FL Pros: Dr. Lisa McKim, Professional Cons: Receptionist
