Wanderful 3/21/2012

I took my 1986 Honda Shadow 500 in to replace the clutch. Everyone was very helpful. There was a slight misunderstanding when i first arrived, but they bent over backwards to make it right and get me safely back on the road. I am very pleased with their work and their customer service.\r \r The store manager is newly promoted and doing a great job running the store. The part manager is also new and did everything he could to make my experience there a positive one.\r \r I rode 2 hours to get the best price and was not disappointed. more

Groves motorsports 3/21/2012

Bought many parts from groves motorsports always on top of there game. Steff knows her products well. Very helpfull staff , when I had questions , & even if asales associate was tied up at the time the general manager nick Hirsh made sure I was taken care of. Really great service 3/19/2012

Just bought a new Can Am ds 450xxc atv and couldn't be happier!!!! We went into a store that was as busy as a business could get and were helped immediately. All questions we had were answered and they even took the time te explain how Can Am actually had a racer program and help set up the account. We bought this atv for less than other places had advertised and would gladly buy another machine from them. Their parts department is absolutely awesome and a pleasure to deal with. Horrible service, absolutely awful 2/24/2012

Had to have some tranny work done on my bike. Took it to Groves and they rebuilt it. That was in the fall, put the bike away for the winter and after a few miles in the spring tranny goes out again. Took it to another dealer who found that Groves hadn't lined something up properly (looking at the part, it was obvious what had happened). Went back to Groves to give them a chance to make it right and they told me that they only guarantee their work for a few months and that therefore they wouldn't take responsibility for it... even though the bike had been in storage for the winter. Last time I've been to Groves for anything. more

Bad Business Practices. 10/28/2011

Do not do business with them through ebay either, they make promises they cannot keep and then refuse to make the situation right. I bought a bike that was supposed to have the stock exhaust in addition to the upgraded one. When my shipper got there the stock one was "missing". They charge $85 for documentary fees, then turn around and say the dmv won't process the title work. So I ask for my $85 back and they basically say f you. Piece of crap business that I hope everyone will research before purchasing with them. more

Don't buy a helmet here... 2/23/2011

Bought a new HJC helmet for a Christmas gift. On Christmas morning when it was unwrapped there was a crack in the back of the helmet. Returned it to Groves right away who would not exchange it or fight with HJC on our behalf. They said we ran over it or crushed it. more

Groves Is Top Notch! 5/4/2010

recently visited grovesmotorsports in mason last week. I had them do a routine oil change and fork oil replacement. Their service department was very helpful with all my questions. I spoke with Jeff. A very knowledgeable person with tons of experience i could tell that after a few minutes talking with him. after being very pleased with the service I was walking the show room floor filled with every recreational product you can imagine. I have been dragging my feet on getting my wife a quad well with mothers day coming up I couldn't pass on a great deal on a 2010 can am outlander 400. With financing that wont break the bank I am a VERY HAPPY CAMPER! Will do business again I recommend them to anyone that is wanting a great service and awesome prices!! more

I will never go to groves again 10/29/2009

I purchased a new snowmobile from groves that proved to have a defect from the factory causing the engine to blow up (twice). groves service addressed the symptom and (rebuilt the engine) not the problem (once). the second time they hung me out to dry ( unit was now out of warranty). I researched this carburation/fuel filter/fuel tank issue and found a mfg. bulletin that addressed the plastic particles that accumulate in the carburator from the fuel filter falling off in the fuel tank. A total of 54 miles were put on the rebuilt engine before the 2nd blow up. groves sent me packing... I faithfully drove 70 miles to do business with groves because a friend had connections with them. I fought with ski doo for months and finally got a sympathetic ear that agreed to send the parts needed to repair this snowmobile. groves wanted to charge me $650.00 to put it together again.Needless to say I took my broken snowmobile home and fixed it myself (no problem since) This ordeal took place a more

Groves Motorsports Service 10/1/2009

I just wanted to share that I had a good experience with Groves their is a new service writer his name is Nick and he went over and above helping me with my crashed bike this summer fighting with my insurance company to make sure they repaired my bike correctly I also really like the parts manager Stephanie also very helpful I don't know much about the sales department as I purchased my bike used but they always seem OK. more

THE MOST HELPFUL PARTS DEPARTMENT 4/25/2007

I recommend everyone who owns a motorcycle, atv, snowmobile, or jet ski to visit grovesmotorsports there sales staff was very nice and the young lady behind the parts counter went above and beyond what I ever expected. For some one to take out hours to answer and explain every question that I had, was awesome, since before going there I had no Idea what I was getting into by purchasing an ATV. more

Wouldn't buy anything from this place! 9/27/2005

I would not recommend my worst enemy to do business with Groves Motorsports. After putting my motorcycle for sale at Groves, with the understanding that they would only sell my bike for $500 more than I was asking to cover their costs, I found out that they were trying to make over $2,000 on top of what I was asking. After my bike sat for months, my brother in law called and acted like a customer who was interested in the bike and found out the outrageous amount they were asking. So my bike sat for two months that I could of been selling it during. After my brother in law called, I called back and asked them how much they were asking, and the general manager flat out lied to me. Personally, as far as their service, their products are overpriced compared to other dealerships, and their service department is not knowledgable. PROS: CONS: Untrustworthy more
