I just wanted to share that I had a good experience with Groves their is a new service writer his name is Nick and he went over and above helping me with my crashed bike this summer fighting with my insurance company to make sure they repaired my bike correctly I also really like the parts manager Stephanie also very helpful I don't know much about the sales department as I purchased my bike used but they always seem OK.
