Great service 1/11/2015

Mitch was right on time. He called about 15 minutes prior to arriving to let us know he was on his way. He did a great job replacing our old water heater and explaining how to check things and answered all my questions. I'd recommend Mitch and Fast Water Heater Co to others. more

Excellent & Friendly 1/7/2015

Contacted Fast Water Heaters and found them very professional on the phone, with a good price, and able to make a quick appointment to replace our water heater. On day of appointment, Matt, the technician, called us to keep apprised of timing, and came on time, as planned. Did the installation, quickly and cleanly. I am very satisfied, and recommend the company unequivocally. more

They very patiently explained everything I needed clarified. their rates were comparable or lower than the other bids I got. I would gladly recommend them to friends. more

Emergency Water Heater replacement 10/7/2014

Fast Wate Heaters sent Dan S to replace our old water heater which filed and was leaking badly overnight. He arrive less than 5 hours of our call. Dan explained everything we needed, how he would do it and the costs to us. His installation was professional,, quick and he walked us through every part of the install. We found the costs most reasonable and finally have a water heater that is up to code and ready to go. We would recommend Fast Water Heaters to anyone if our experience is the norm. This company seems to understand that service is at the core of what they do. They were very responsive and if Dan S if typical of their team they know how to meet the public and provide an excellent service to folks like us who were really very much in need of their help. Unfair sale, pricing and charging practice 7/9/2014

The actual price came more than double of the initial quote. The technician explained other work items were required by the code. He charged a replacement of 2 feet venting in an open garage for $340 for 1.5 hours labor when the work was only taking 20 mins. They charged a stand for more than double of the price of the product you could buy elsewhere. They forced me to charge my credit card for the full amount before the work was started. So it was hard to argue their overcharging. Be warned when you deal with them. more

Very competent service 5/26/2014

Our water heater had crapped out 3 times in the past eight months. Time for a new one. We bought a unit at Home Depot and they recommended using Fast Water Heater to install it. Mitch T came over today, from Fast. He was on time, courteous, and undaunted by the fact that our old heater was mounted in a platform area about 66 inches above the floor of our garage. He quickly ascertained that we did not have some now-standard safety provisions for our heater, gave me a quick, clear, and fair estimate, got a colleague to help him with the take-down / lift up, and got the job done & done well. He installed a proper outside overflow drain line for the heater, sealed all the holes, installed the new heater, leak pan, and overflow tank, insulated everything, and got us up and running surprisingly quickly. He was articulate, polite, and clearly knew what he was doing. Excellent service. It was fairly expensive, but he did a lot of work and the installation was tricky, due to the platform. Fair and square. more

Removal and install of Water Heater 4/26/2014

Install went well, although it ended up being more expensive than I expected: About double the cost of the hot water heater if purchased at retailer. Installing a water heater is not extremely difficult, but we needed it done now and done correctly, therefore our call to Fast Water Heater Co. They came recommended by a contractor friend who has done some work for us. As mentioned, the install was straight forward and fairly fast. There were no surprises as I had done a prior inspection to check for damage caused by the previous water tank leaking. I was pleased Denis (the installer) caught a couple of mistakes made by the last person who installed a water heater in our house. Our home was left clean and the old hot water heater was hauled away. Please note: As of 2010, if you live in Snohomish Co., you will need to have your hot water heater install permitted!!! That little income generator for the County will cost you about $100 bucks. more

Highly qulalified and thorough 4/10/2014

Our service Tech Dan S. was very polite and friendly. Took time to explain everything and answer every question we asked. It did not take him very long at all to install our new water heater and did an excellent job. We were very pleased at how efficient he was in not only doing the actual installation but how well he kept us informed through the process. I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of this service. more

Fast Service, Competent 11/16/2013

Fast Water Heater Company provides contractor services through Home Depot. I was able to schedule service for replacing my hot water tank within a day of visiting Home Depot although earlier appointments were available. Installer arrived at appointed time, and was thorough with describing the work and parts required for code compliance. The installation was approved yesterday by the City inspector, so everything is done. I would recommend Fast Water Heater as a competent contractor for water tank replacement. However, I can't comment on how competitive their pricing is, as I didn't get a comparable estimate. As well, although the installer laid out tarp to protect the carpet, he still managed to track dirt in several areas from going in and out of the house. more

Excellent Service 9/18/2013

We recently had a major water heater malfunction. We turned to Fast water heaters and were very pleased. Fast provided a prompt, HONEST! Evaluation of our issue and, than quickly and efficiently, installed two 50 gallon water heaters. Brandon, our installer was very good. He explained the exact work steps and the time it would take to complete the project. He was right on- time with the install complete, clean up complete and old water heaters loaded on his truck. I would not wish water issues on anyone, but, if you do have problems I would highly recommend seeking out Fast Water Heaters. more

Fast Water Heater Company is first class. According to Murphy's Law all hot water heaters will fail on the weekend. However,when I called for service,on Sunday Fast Water Heater Company responded quickly and a new tank was installed in two hours. The technician was great, conscientious, honest, efficient, and knowledgeable. more
