Fast Water Heater Company provides contractor services through Home Depot. I was able to schedule service for replacing my hot water tank within a day of visiting Home Depot although earlier appointments were available. Installer arrived at appointed time, and was thorough with describing the work and parts required for code compliance. The installation was approved yesterday by the City inspector, so everything is done. I would recommend Fast Water Heater as a competent contractor for water tank replacement. However, I can't comment on how competitive their pricing is, as I didn't get a comparable estimate. As well, although the installer laid out tarp to protect the carpet, he still managed to track dirt in several areas from going in and out of the house.
