Brandon and Ryan from Fast Water Heater Company came out to replace my water heater. Brandon asked excellent questions and determined that there was likely not a need to replace my water heater as it was still relatively new and the source of the leak was likely a defective valve instead of a failed water heater. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done to be up to code and to resolve my situation. After he explained my various options, I decided to repair my water heater instead of replace it. I love the fact that he spent the time to explain how a water heater works and gave me detailed options. He could have just replaced the water heater as I had requested. Instead, he repaired it saving me more than I paid (replacement would have been around $1600; the repair cost $805.) They left the area (considerably) cleaner than they found it. They cleaned behind my washer and dryer in addition to the area around the water heater - areas not easily reachable. Thank you!!! I have seen the Fast Water Heater trucks in my area for years. Now I am a loyal customer. They are the only company I will use for water heater issues. Plus, I am now a walking, talking advertisement for them! Nicely done!!! Installer scratched hard wood floor. Supervisor inspects, agrees to take care of problem and fails to follow up. Refuses to respond to calls for weeks after agreeing to fix problem. Never offers explanation for failure to live up to promise to fix damage. more

The technical was skilled, efficient, and informative. There is extremely high water pressure in my building and he made sure that we were informed of it. Our old water heater sprang a leak on a Friday night and so I called Fast Water Heater Saturday morning. I was able to get an appointment and they gave me a window of time when the tech would call with a 30 minute heads up before his arrival. Matt S. the service tech called right when customer service said he would and was at my door inside of 30 minutes. It was a pleasure working with Matt. He had a look around and quickly assessed what I would need and what it was going to cost and explained it clearly. He then went to work and removed my old heater, installed the new one, tested it and we had hot water again inside of 2 hours. When he had finished Matt showed me everything he had done and explained the operation of the new water heater. The communication was excellent from the phone call to job completion and I think Matt left the place cleaner than when he got here.
