Our old water heater sprang a leak on a Friday night and so I called Fast Water Heater Saturday morning. I was able to get an appointment and they gave me a window of time when the tech would call with a 30 minute heads up before his arrival. Matt S. the service tech called right when customer service said he would and was at my door inside of 30 minutes. It was a pleasure working with Matt. He had a look around and quickly assessed what I would need and what it was going to cost and explained it clearly. He then went to work and removed my old heater, installed the new one, tested it and we had hot water again inside of 2 hours.
When he had finished Matt showed me everything he had done and explained the operation of the new water heater. The communication was excellent from the phone call to job completion and I think Matt left the place cleaner than when he got here. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone and will definitely use them again.
