I cannot begin to describe how amazing the service has been from Mo (Haumono S.). He came to our rental property (tenant-occupied) on a Sunday, determined that there was black mold and that it needed to be remedied immediately, and already had a resource for us there within an hour to help with the remediation of the mold. Throughout the process, the sub-contractors that the remediation company hired to do the work didn't show up, and Mo was quick to offer whatever help he could provide as he picked up the phone every time we called (even on a Saturday during a much deserved day off). His skills as a technician are hands down some of the best I've ever seen. It goes without saying that he knows his stuff. I wish Mo was able to handle the other aspects of this job and other remodeling work we have coming up because quite frankly you can trust him sincerely and he keeps his word. He is one of the hardest-working, professional, and kindest people I have ever had the privilege of working with and I will be referring Mo and his company to everyone I know in their coverage area. Seriously folks, Mo is a 1 in-a-million find as far as people and contractors go! Thanks a million Mo. You made this painfully annoying repair a wonderful experience in the end!
