I took my car in to Fast Track about a year ago. I had it inspected and they also performed an oil change. Overall they did a fantastic job, there were no problems.

Worst

The guy Jim in the service center is so rude. My Goodyear card wouldn't work and we called Goodyear, and they kept telling him that they weren't receiving the payment on their en...

Best service, really look out for my best interest and what I really need 9/5/2012

I get the best service from AW Golden on RT 61 in Reading Pa. That's why I continue to go there. The guys are great. more

Fastrack Complete Car Care are very courteous and very efficient in what they do, so that's about all I can say about them. I'm pleased with everything they've done for me for the last 4 or 5 years. more

When I go to Fastrack Complete Car Care they take good care of me. I worked there a long time ago, and still go there for service. I have gone there for body work, oil changes, and tire changes. They always do a good job. more

I have had no problems with Fastrack Complete Car Care. My wife bought her van there and we still have them service the van. I think they are good. I also get my Ford Escape serviced by them. more

Bryan is always there to greet you with a smile! I always get an appt when I need one even when it is spare of the moment. I have been taking my car there since 2003 when I bought it. more

The staff is excellent,very friendly and easy to deal with. The service is great. On a nice day, the complimentary car wash is a plus. I would recommend them to family and friends. I plan on staying a regular customer. more

Anytime I call Fastrack, I get prompt service. They answer my questions very well. I have never had a problem with them. I am a repeat customer and have had them do inspections, oil changes, brake replacements, air conditioning service and I just bought four new tires from them. Timing great, service too 12/12/2011

On November 16, Russ Bard was very helpful at squeezing me in even though I didn't have an appointment. The night before, a warning light telling of possible overheating came on for a few minutes just as I was about to leave New York for Reading. I was nearly terrified. Fortuneately, it went out and stayed out for the rest of the trip, but I knew it needed to get checked.Russ and the mechanic found that my radiator fluid was just below the recommended level and was old, so all I needed was a flush and fill.As I say, I glad they accomodated me in my emergency. more

I have been dealing with fastrack since saturn closed.I am very happy with their service,the service people are great to deal with and I am happy that my car is running well at 10 years old with 180,000 miles on it. more
