Carmelita was very helpful with questions concerning employee bonds and universal coverage. Her agency did not offer bonds but she took time out to research what I needed and might have been able to get outside of their office. When she could not answer any of my questions right off, she called me almost daily to let me know where she is in the process of gathering infomation. I will definitely call her with my next insurance need. more

I'm not one to typically write reviews, but after being in an accident I have to. I must say that I have taken James and Farmers Insurance for granted. I had to deal with Progressive, and James is by far leaps and bounds easier to work with. Progressive claims they have ""concierge claims"", but the person who was there the most for me throughout this whole process was Farmers Agent, and it wasn't my fault! He calls you on your birthday, makes sure you have the best deal that you can get...I will never switch insurance agencies. Thank you James for such stellar service! more

Personal, reliable, best rates in town. 3/11/2008

James Lundin's Farmers Insurance has my lender confused..he is one third of what she said is the norm on hazard insurance. I am also a teacher and despite my low teacher auto rates, he was able to come out better by more than a little.\r Not only a great, reliable, local firm centrally located on Colfax, he is also a great personality to work with and know. I have been with James Lundin Insurance for over the past year and the experience has been exceptional! He has found every way possible to save me money on my policies without compromising the value of the things I have insured. In addition, James has an extensive knowledge of investment advice available to the customers who need it. James has also been there for me in a pinch. I had an emergency with my old car and he was there checking in with me every step of the way as I went out to purchase a new automoblie. As it was a last minute emergency, James was able to adjust my insurance premiums on the spot so that I was able to have the full coverage necessary for my new vehicle! Thanks James. James Lundin is the very best insurance agent I have ever had. Having been in the insurance business previously I can say that James is a truly exceptional agent. He took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for. I not only got GREAT rates but also someone who can answer all my questions, review my policies regularly for me and takes the time to be sure I have everything I need to feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend taking the time to see what he can do for you! more

I can't say enough good things about James Lundin Insurance. James has taken the mystery out of insurance and made it easy for me to understand. He really takes his time to explain things and is very patient. He is very responsive and always calls back quickly if I leave a message. The best thing is the low rates! I've been able to get life insurance for my family and am still paying less overall than I was with another agent for my cars and home. I love the multiple policy discounts!
